All across the nation, and perhaps even across the globe, people just like you and I are celebrating National Creativity Day. It seems like there's a "national day" for
nearly everything nowadays. But National Creativity Day is something I can get behind.
5 Benefits to Expressing Your Creativity through Digital Scrapbooking
- It improves your mood. Have you ever felt mad or sad, and then created a scrapbook page about it? It's kind of like "getting it off your chest," and it helps you to feel better.
- It boosts your self-esteem. Last week, Diane T. from Community said she felt "clever" after completing
Syndee's new Procreate class. Its true!! Doing creative things makes you feel GREAT!
- It improves cognitive function. Many scrapbookers I know would say that being creative helps their brain to keep in shape, so to say. If you don't use it, you'll lose it.
- It improves your social life. Community is so important, especially nowadays. When you're taking a class and being creative, and you know
others are doing the same, you feel a great sense of community.
- It alleviates stress and anxiety. Being creative is similar to a happy drug. When you're creative and enjoying the process, you tend to forget about all those things that have you wound up tight. How do I know? Well, I've been there. It's true!
Whatever the reason, I hope you can find some time today to be creative. It would even be a great time to take Syndee's new FREE class, Intro to Procreate. You'll find the details below. Â Love and creative success,

Coming Up Next! Here's what you can expect this summer/fall at Digital Scrapper. - Digital Scrapper's instructors are gearing up for Summer School! Watch your inbox for 10 Timeless Titles Volume 2. We've had SO much fun coming up with brand-new ideas and fabulous inspiration. We cannot wait to share it with you. This will be a 10-week course.
- Jenifer Juris is having a ball creating a series of classes focused on card design. Not a card maker? You will not be disappointed; her designs also look AMAZING as scrapbook pages!
- Syndee Rogers would say that her upcoming class on patterns is her favorite subject. But anyone that knows Syndee knows that all the subjects are her favorite because she just loves to create. The inspiration in this class alone blows me away and I know you're going
to love it.
- Jen White (that's me) is still plugging away at her long-awaited class entitled Building Bridges of Organization. This will be a 5-part bundle series and the first part will be absolutely FREE. WOOT! Watch for that near the end of summer.
How About
Fall? You may be wondering... Will there be a Digital Scrapper Premier 2024? The answer is no. As of right now, we're planning for Premier to be biannual (happening every other year). Worried we're not going to keep up with your need for creativity? Not a chance. We've all got plans for fall classes, as
well.
