🔴 Step One: STOP! Watch the entire video (or set of class videos) from beginning to end. 

It’s just as simple as that. Don’t over-complicate it. Just watch them to get an overall view of what’s being taught. Don’t follow along in your software. Don’t even look at the manual. Just watch the video or set of class videos all the way through one time.
 

🟡 Step Two: PAUSE! Print out the manual. 

There’s something to be said about looking at a piece of paper and scratching things off as you go. It makes it so you literally cannot miss a step. You are also more likely to not miss words or phrases. 

🟢 Step Three: GO! Complete the tutorial or class using both the manual and video. 

Most people skip right to this step, and they omit either the manual or the video. Doing this is a recipe for failure, not success. Using the manual and video in tandem, while scratching things off as you go, is a guarantee that you will succeed regardless of your age or experience.
