Are you a fan of jigsaw puzzles?Â
Â
I enjoy an occasional puzzle, but my Mom, sheâs a BIG fan. She has a special puzzle table with all the drawers for sorting. It also has a tilt feature so she doesnât have to be bent over a flat tabletop. And to keep the puzzle from sliding
around, it has a grippy surface, too.Â
Â
So you can imagine my Momâs frustration when she comes to the end of a puzzle to find a piece missing. (Itâs usually because her dog, Loki, ate it! He really is the âdog of mischiefâ.)
Â
And sometimes, completing a scrapbook page can feel the same way. Youâre at the end, and it still feels like a piece of
the puzzle is missing. When this happens, the best thing you can do is save your progress and walk away. Give it an hour, or maybe a full day, before you look at it again. Almost always, that time away will help you see this page with fresh eyes, and youâll know just what to do for it to feel finished.Â
Â
I hope you have a wonderful week free of missing puzzle pieces!Â
