I sure do. 

When I’m deep in a project, it’s the only thing I can think about. When I’m focusing on getting my chores done, I can forget an important task. 

And, when I’m taking pictures with my cell phone, I often see only the subject and nothing else. Tunnel vision can get me into trouble if I’m not careful. And, it can lead to photos with very distracting backgrounds.
