I donāt know what it is about the spring season, but every year it feels a little miraculous that trees wake back up, wildflowers grow, and songbirds return to sing their beautiful songs.Ā
Ā
The season of spring can be full of inspiration for us memory keepers. Hereās a small list of ideas for spring-themed photos and pages:
Ā
- Before & After - Take a photo of a favorite spot in your yard before it wakes up and after spring has set in. Use these photos to tell the story of spring in your yard on a scrapbook page.Ā
- Pop of Color - Take a photo of a fresh flower in bloom. Make a layout to showcase this photo with pops of color that match your flower.Ā
- Look Up - Take a photo of the sky. Spring can bring rainy or stormy weather, and it can also bring sunshine. Document your favorite kind of spring weather after capturing the sky on a spring day.Ā
- Progression - Similar to the before and after, take photos of a favorite flower or tree over time. For example, a tree with budding leaves, then full leaves, and then with spring blossoms. Tell the story of your
favorite tree or flower and how it grows or wakes back up on a scrapbook page.Ā
- Make it Personal - With any of these photo ideas, insert yourself into the pictures. Use the selfie camera on your phone and stand next to your favorite tree when you take the photo. Include your feet when you look down to take a picture of a flower or point to the sky when you look up.Ā
