Snowshoe Header

Hi ,

When was the last time you experimented with a new way of getting to where you want to go?

Most of the time, when I want to go somewhere, I can either walk or drive. But last weekend, walking and driving just wouldn't work. You see, the place I wanted to go was frozen Trillium Lake, tucked away in the (very snowy) woods next to Mt. Hood.

So, should I give up on the lake just because my usual way of doing things won't get me there? Of course not! (See if you can guess how I got to Trillium Lake -- hint: Look at the header picture on this newsletter.)

It's the same way when you are scrapbooking. When your usual methods aren't able to get you where you want to go, start looking for a new way to make it happen.

And, even though it means spending some time and effort to learn those new things, you'll probably discover that you love your new skills and what you can do with them! (I know I have. Now that I've tried snowshoeing once, I really want to do it again.)

Love and scrapbooking success,

Linda Sattgast
