Hi ,
Have you ever ridden a train? It had been years since my last train trip, so last week, instead of flying to southern California, Charlie and I took the train. A 30 hour trip, no less. Yeah...we got a sleeper "roomette."
You would think that in 30 hours there would be a lot to photograph, and there was. I snapped merrily away, but when I downloaded my photos, I was hard pressed to find one really good photo.
A train is moving most of the time, so many of my photos were just a little too blurry for even my High Pass Filter fix. And a train has thick windows that keep you from getting crisp photos of the scenery. And sometimes facial expressions are just too bad to EVER go in a scrapbook!
OK. So you don't have a lot of photos to scrap an event? Use the one (or the few) you have, and tell the rest of the story in words. Your page might even turn out better than if you had a train load of photos!
By the way, be sure to check out this week's scrapbooking tutorial below, which will complement last week's tutorial on using Ding Bats. I can almost guarantee you'll do a happy dance!
Love and scrapbooking success,
