Hi ,

You've probably heard that old saying, "Today is the first day of the rest of my life."

It doesn't mean the same thing to me that it did when I was younger. Now it means this: like everybody else, someday I'm going to run out of time. How am I going to use what I have left?

It's very tempting to live my busy life and not think about where my time is going. (I struggle, like many of you, to figure out what's really important -- and do it.)

A few of the things I've decided are my personal priorities: my faith, spending time with my family, staying in shape, being a family historian and scrapbooker, and getting outside to enjoy the beautiful world around me.

That's some of what makes my list, but what matters to you? If you don't know for sure, maybe today is the day to start figuring it out.

Love and scrapbooking success,

Linda Sattgast
