Hi ,
Last week I had the pleasure of teaching a 2 hour seminar on Photoshop Elements for Adobe's new Pop-up store. (The store was in downtown San Francisco, which was fun because I got to see the famous hills and trolley cars!)
The idea behind the store is to provide a place for people to come and interact with Adobe software through listening to lectures by various experts, getting to ask questions, and actually trying out the software at computer stations.
There was also a professional photographer on hand to take your photo, which you could have printed or placed on an object, like a flash drive or "dog tag" necklace.
Adobe is considering doing the same thing in other major cities around the U.S.A.
A serendipity of teaching at the Adobe Pop-up store was meeting some of YOU! I always enjoy the chance to meet my newsletter subscribers in person! A special thanks to those of you who came. It was such a pleasure to meet you!
An Update on Jenny Binder
Many of you are familiar with Jenny Binder, who wrote tutorials for this newsletter and also taught video tutorials for our Digital Scrapper Premier membership program.
The area where she lives experienced a huge flood that still has them basically surrounded by water. I asked permission to give you a link to her blog about the flood and how it's affecting her, since I knew many of you would be interested.
Love and scrapbooking success,
