Hi ,
How does the simple teal header above make you feel? Peaceful? Creative? Thoughtful?
Do you have those days when you've got a million things swirling around in your brain?
And your to-do list is over-the-top? And all you really get accomplished are things that are either not on your brain or not on your list??
Maybe all you need to break out of the red -- is a little time with teal.
Experts say that the cool colors of blue and green (with teal in the middle) provide feelings of serenity, calmness, and creativity.
Ideas:
- Change the background of your monitor and phone to teal.
- Put a vase of teal flowers on your desk.
- Paint the wall in front of your desk one of these cool colors.
And speaking of colors, check out Barb Brookbank's Digi Scrap Tutorial this week. It's not focused on teal though -- so watch out! Yellow makes you hungry!!
