Hi ,
Last week I introduced you to Jackson Matthews. This week I'm sporting a medical eye patch. My sweet Jackson does not know the meaning of 'personal space'. Yesterday while taking an impulsive trot across my face, his sharp little puppy claws sliced through the surface of my cornea. Immediately upon returning from the doctor, I donned my best blue hankie and started calling everyone "Matey." I considered drawing myself some chin whiskers, but the family told me the hankie and patch were quite enough. Haha!
OK, well, today is our baby girl's 22nd birthday, so I'd better get a jump start on making her day grand. Hope your day is grand as well!

SAY WHAT? Most digital scrapbookers have their Photoshop Preferences right where they like them. But when that special project or tutorial comes up that requires a slight change, you have to remember to go back into Preferences and return the settings to your beloved. What a pain!
Well, check this out... Ctrl Alt K (Mac: Cmd Opt K) is the shortcut for returning your Preferences back one step to their previous settings. How sweet is that??
FOR EXAMPLE: My Rulers are set to measure in Inches (Preferences > Units & Rulers). If I follow along with a tutorial that requires metric measurements, however, I have to change my Preferences (Preferences > Units & Rulers > Units). After I'm done with the metric tutorial, I press Ctrl Alt K (Mac: Cmd Opt K) and my Preferences are magically returned to Inches... just the way I like it.
