Hi ,

The big question that should be circulating the web today is... is Photoshop Elements 11 worth the upgrade?

Elements users know the drill. Adobe releases a new version of Photoshop Elements every fall. At nearly $80 per upgrade, I can see why some opt to skip a year or two (or even three) in between upgrades. Is this just another year to pass the bandwagon by?

While I cannot answer that question for you, I certainly can offer my opinion and equip you to make an informed decision.

I recommend starting your quest with a trip to our blog. Linda Sattgast is Adobe's Scrapbooking Expert and has thoroughly reviewed the new Photoshop Elements 11. She has written a lengthy blog post on the all new interface and oodles of added features.

Then you'll want to check out the trio of videos we've created and posted on YouTube. The video links and descriptions are below. There are more PSE11 videos to come, but these three are the main WOW-ones we wanted to share right away. :)

So, do I think the all-new Photoshop Elements 11 is worth the upgrade? Yes. Yes, I do. While the new interface will be a slightly painful learning curve, the addition of an Actions panel is worth its weight in gold to the digital scrapper. You will wonder how you ever got along without it.

Have a great week, friend. If you decide to upgrade, let us know what YOU think about it in the forum.
