December 18, 2012 | Digital Scrapper News | Volume 10 Issue 51
|
Hi ,
Today's news is all about telling your story. Whether long or short or happy or sad -- it's your story and your loved ones want to hear you tell it.
Most stories start with a few words or a single photo. Need a little help taking it from there? If so, Linda's Your Story class for 2013 is your single source for inspiration and direction. Check out the sale happening below.
Further on down you'll find Susie's font pick for this month. She created a lovely goodie for you that demonstrates a unique way to display journaling on your scrapbook page. It's one more great idea for getting your story told. Be sure and grab the goodie this week!
And finally, every good story needs a title. I've entitled this newsletter "Be Merry." When using an alpha set for your title, try and think outside the box. Changing the size of each alpha letter, using them as clipping masks, and rotating a letter or two are some simple ways of mixing things up and making them more interesting.
Want to see more fun things you can do with words and letters? Check out our FREE 20 Terrific Type Tutorials Class. You'll gain tons of inspiration and learn some cool Photoshop tricks along the way. Click on the image right here in this note to find out more about 20 Terrific Type Tutorials.
Have a great week, friend.
