It's the little things in life, right? The little stops you make along the way each day in your routine. You do them because they are things that you love.
So I ask, what do you love? I know you love your family, your friends, and even your furry friends. But, how about the little things?
I have a Scrabble app on my phone. Each night after crawling into bed I play one word. You heard me . . . just one.
This is something my mother and I have been doing for several years now. We take time out of each day--she in Texas, I in Indiana--and we play one word in our game of Scrabble. It's something we do to reach out to each other everyday. We share a love of the game and a love for spending time together, even if it's just one word a day.
I share this with you because it's one of the little things that matters to me. Isn't that what scrapbooking is all about? To share what matters to you? To leave a part of yourself behind? To share your life . . . even the little things.
