Hi ,

Are any of you from the beautiful city of Austin, Texas? A while back Linda and I spent several days in your neck of the woods.

Jen and Linda in Austin, TX

While I traveled light with my iPhone in my back pocket, Linda traveled in style with her Sony NEX7 and bag of camera lenses. That cute lady is slightly obsessed with snapping photos! But here's the cool thing. She's not only snapping up memories, she's snapping up textures and photomasks and landscapes for enhancing her scrapbook pages.

Textures and other photos for scrapbooking

For example, when big cities get graffiti on their alleyways, a quick fix is to just paint over the graffiti with a solid color. To the well trained eye, that is a perfect opportunity to snatch up a unique photo mask. Check out this page she made about our trip to see how she used some of her photos.

Have a great week, friend.
