Here's another episode of From the Desk of Jen White. It's beginning to sound more like Tales From the Crypt or something! Haha.
Last week, while sitting at my desk catching up on a few emails, I heard my daughter start up the Mazda right outside my office window. Just as I turned to peek out and wave goodbye, I had to jump back for fear of being run over.
You see, our Mazda is a stickshift, and Paige is new to all things clutchy. She had the car in forward instead of reverse, and her foot accidentally slipped off the clutch. This in turn caused the car to lurch forward and subsequently run into the wall of my office. Yes, I will be needing to call a contractor. Seriously, folks. You just cannot make this stuff up!
As crazy as my life sometimes gets, this week's News has got me thinking summer. Lydia's Digi Scrap Tutorial takes me to some far off beach with a warm breeze blowing through my naturally curly hair. Then I wake up . . . and my hair is sticking up everywhere! Hmph!
