I started with a paper from A Love Story by Krystal Hartley—this is the kit packaged with our February issue of Premier. I LOVE this kit!

 

Next, I applied the Radial Blur technique that Syndee teaches in this week’s FREE DST—get the details and link below. Syndee applied her steps to a photo, but it also works on a background paper as you can see here.

 

And last, I plopped on a couple elements to finish it off. Woot. I love it.
