Hi ,

My name is Jen White and I’m addicted to Blend Modes. Whew! I’m glad I got that off my chest.

You think I’m just being silly, don’t you? Truth be told—I am drop-dead-double-dog serious. Not a scrapbook page goes by my desktop without having a little playtime with the blend modes. And I could wish the same for you.

Why? Because the unexpected side of artsy is waiting for you just around the corner. Well, that and a million other reasons.

If you haven’t already, here’s how to fall in love with blend modes: watch Linda’s The Basics of Blending video tutorial. It’s FREE on the blog this week. Get all the details below.

See you next week.

There were so many fabulous entries for this month’s Word Art Recipe Challenge that it was hard to pick just one. But, Daddy Daughter Dance by tbcarter2002 rose to the top for the excellent use of the Word Play Recipe. Her title work is perfectly placed, and the lovely layering and matching color palette bring it all together.

Congratulations, tbcarter2002. You will be receiving $25 credit on account from AdoramaPix.com.
