November 8, 2016 | Digital Scrapper News | Volume 14 Issue 44
Hi ,
We’ve been doing a lot of whispering lately. Let me explain.
A week ago today I flew into Portland, Oregon on a secret mission. From there Linda and I drove north to spend a couple days with Jenifer Juris in Washington state. The three of us shared many laughs, ate some fantastic food, and, most importantly, spent time planning the next class for Digital Scrapper.
I can’t say too much about the class quite yet, but I can tell you we plan to:
Make sure you check out the important announcements below. See you in the galleries.
Just to clear up confusion . . .
-
“Premier” as you know it is ending soon. December 2016 is the last issue.
-
Digital Scrapper is NOT closing down. We are not going anywhere.
-
We are in the process of planning our next great adventure.
Help Desk is Here
Some of you have already had experience submitting questions through our new Help Desk. You will currently find the Help Desk up and running in the navigation bar of your member page. You will also be able to access the Help Desk through the HELP icon at the bottom our
weekly newsletters.
Why the New System?
-
The Help Desk will enable us to get your questions answered more quickly by various members of the team. Our goal is to have our entire customer support system moved to the Help Desk by the end of the year. Watch for more info.
-
Mary Newman, our faithful customer support for many years, now has a full-time job in addition to her part-time job with us. Many hands make for light work, right?
In the News . . .
We’re out in the world and we know you are, too, so we want to help you stay informed.
Watch for this “In the News” feature to appear intermittently throughout the following months. This feature will alert you of news related to Photoshop and Photoshop Elements and give you a link to our content outside of Digital Scrapper.
We’d also love to feature YOU!
Were you recently chosen to be on a Creative Team? Did your scrapbook page win kudos on the web or get published in a book or magazine? Do let us know so we can feature you here!
