Hi ,

Lately I’ve been so busy that I’ve had to be very intentional about seeking out little bits of joy.

Last week’s joy was found in a newly installed bird bath sitting right outside my office window. Each day I get frequent visits from a little red house finch, whom I lovingly refer to as Robert. That’s him in the photo.

While Robert is replenishing his hydration, I am looking on with pleasure and feeling my joy level rise with each and every second he’s there. My little bird bath is a win-win!

How about you? Need your joy replenished? If so, try to be intentional this week to place fuel stations in your daily path.

Or perhaps your joy is currently overflowing. If so, be intentional to spread that joy with others around you. Joy is contagious. Catch some or spread some, it’s a win-win.

I’d love to hear about your intentional fuel stations. Join me in the forum and let’s work together to spread joy and encouragement throughout our community.

Have a great week. See you in the galleries.
