Hi ,
I don’t think I’ve ever created a scrapbook page that didn’t utilize blend modes—if not blending papers, I’m blending photos.
For example, changing the blend mode of a duplicate photo layer from Normal to Screen will quickly lighten the entire photo. Here’s a before and after snapshot of my Jackson taking in the view from the front of my kayak.
That quick and dirty trick (above) definitely brought out more details, but look what I accomplished (below) in only 5 minutes with the instruction and materials found in Linda’s The Art of Blending class. Wowsers! Can you believe the difference?
