I didn't receive the two emails from QwikLearn. What do I do?
If you didn't receive the two emails from QwikLearn, one of three
things could be wrong:
Problem #1 You didn't give our system enough time to email you. Please allow time for the emails to process. If you do not hear from QwikLearn by Wednesday, September 5, 2018, see problem two or three.
Problem #2 The email address you used to initially register with QwikLearn is no longer valid. No problem! Email Help Desk to get it
resolved.
Problem #3 You are not in our classroom database because you do not currently own any of our classes. No problem!

Should I use my old password in the new classroom?
When you set up your password for the new classroom you may choose any password you wish. We only migrated your name and email address. If using your old password would be easier, then use it. If you’d rather create a different password, do that
instead.
When will I get ALL my classes?
After you create an account in QwikLearn, your FOREVER classes will be added to your account over a period of one week, from September 5 - September 11, 2018.
Why am I
getting SO many emails?
You will receive one email (from QwikLearn) for every class we assign to your account. So, if you own 12 classes, you will get 12 emails -- one email for every class we assign to your account.
Is the new classroom and the Forum/Gallery still connected?
No. The classroom
and Forum/Gallery are now on two separate systems. So, if you change your password in the classroom, it will not be changed in the Forum/Gallery, and if you use the same password as before, logging in to your QwikLearn classroom won’t automatically log you in to the Forum and Gallery. You’ll need to log in to each destination separately.
What happens if I signed up too
early (in Step Three)?
If you were too eager and signed up for an account before we asked you to, the instructions above may not apply to you. In that case, sit tight and see if your classes get connected with the account you created. If you do not see your classes after September 11, 2018, please contact us.
