Hi ,

This happened just the other day.

My dad called requesting help setting up email on his new computer.
If you hate setting up an email account, raise your hand.
It’s horrible, I know!

Now, I could have simply explained that everything he needed to know could easily be found on YouTube. Because, after all, YouTube is amazing.

But I know, that what my dad really wanted, was someone to sit down with him and walk him through it step by step, answering his questions, and explaining the techy details in real life human speak.
