Yesterday I received my first Christmas card for 2018. The first one is alway a wonderful surprise.
The card was personally designed and contained a letter highlighting the year’s events in the lives of the sender’s family members. I loved reading the words that were written.
Then . . . I’ll admit . . . I pouted a little.
I have not managed to carve out the time to pen a Christmas letter. I don’t have an adorable family photo to adorn the front of an expertly designed greeting card. And worse yet, I do not foresee either of these things being accomplished before Christmas Day arrives.
