‘Tis the season to pick zucchini. It’s everywhere here in the Midwest.
So, the other day I saw a recipe on Facebook for Zucchini Chips. The photo looked amazing and the ingredients were super simple---just salt, pepper, paprika and zucchini slices! What could possibly go wrong?
At this point I should probably state that I’m convinced that I’m cursed as a cook. So then, it should be no surprise to you that the recipe was a total fail.
Is my cooking really cursed?? Of course not! Here’s the thing . .
